SMS commits girl team to race BITD Vegas to Reno

Beaumont, CA: Scholte Motor Sports (SMS) is proud to announce their commitment to race the Best in the Desert’s “Vegas to Reno – the Long Way.” The team, which races in the Jeep Speed class, is excited to participate in this legendary off-road event. SMS will be introducing their all-girl team for this event to raise awareness and money for breast cancer. The SMS girls (and their “support crew” of guys) will be serving as Ambassadors for the Love/Avon Army of Women at the BITD race and all but I’m motivated by my own experience with cancer and a desire to help other families dealing with it. The Army of Women is an amazing program to collect data and research so that, hopefully, one day my daughter and other girls like her will be safe from this horrible disease.” The mission of the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation is to eradicate breast cancer and improve the quality of women’s health through innovative research, education, and advocacy.
