Ronnie Anderson Wins PRO STOCK 1000 at WORCS

WORCS RACING ROUND 7 2015

Ronnie Anderson

The saying “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” comes to mind watching this young man succeed in everything he puts his mind to. Its safe to say Ronnie will be in RJ’s mirror in no time.

Ronnie got the SXS 600 super stock hole shot. Coming hot into turn two he biked it and flew off the track to save it. He ended up stuck and had to get out of the car and run down a hill to find help. By the time he got he was 3 laps down. He finished to get the points but its not the way he wanted to run in the trees of Washington.

The Pro Stock 1000 field was a little light this round (only 18 cars). Like the others races each round attrition is a huge factor. Ronnie was in 4th pushing his Walker Evans Polaris RZR 1000 hard but keeping in mind this course was brutal. On the last lap Ronnie poured it on and turned the fastest lap of the race and drove around everyone to his first Pro Stock 1000 win of 2015. Ronnie is fourth in points with only 2 rounds left Ronnie is looking to finish the season strong.
