(April. 23, 2011) – Constructed of scratch- and abrasion-resistant polycarbonate, the new Wildcat Flip-Up Windshield (P/N 1436-739, $399.95 U.S./$459.95 Canada) from Arctic Cat offers increased comfort and protection from wind and debris for the driver and passenger. A fixed lower portion works in conjunction with the 3-position upper windshield for customizable comfort. Two gas-assist shocks deliver secure positioning between Closed, Partially-Open and Open positions even when being driven. The system attaches easily to the Wildcat cab via quick-attach clamps. For extra versatility the fixed lower shield can be used without the upper shield.
