Madison, IN – SuperATV, the leader in high quality aftermarket parts and accessories for the ATV and UTV industry, revealed its custom-built Polaris RZR RS1 machine on June 18, 2018. The designers and engineers at SuperATV sought to enhance the performance, stability, and occupant capacity of the recently released Polaris RS1 single seat off-road vehicle.
SuperATV Custom Polaris RS1
The original single seat RS1 was cut in half and modified to increase the length and allow for the addition of a rear seat. The fighter-pilot style cab maintains the balance and visibility of the original RS1 while providing a passenger seat directly behind the driver’s seat. The wheel base has been increased from 83” to 114” and provides additional stability.
This machine features SuperATV suspension, a custom roll cage with tinted roof, front and rear bumpers, full doors, full skid plate, 30” Warrior Tires, custom-made Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts with a SuperATV Carrier Bearing, and of course Rhino 2.0 Axles. We also added SuperATV seats with 5-point harnesses.

This ambitious custom build was completed in less than a month. Four of our top designers and engineers executed the planning, design, and fabrication phases.
