Six New Battery Mounts Released for Odyssey Extreme Batteries

Benson, AZ ‐ May 24, 2010 ‐‐ Artec Industries LLC, manufacturer of aftermarket battery mounting systems, has recently released its new line of Odyssey battery mounts. These new products are designed to support the increasing popularity of Odyssey brand batteries. The initial release of this product line includes six mounts that support the PC680, PC920, PC1200, PC1500, PC2150 series batteries with more models to be supported in the near future. These mounts were designed to safely secure the batteries, preventing vibration and premature wear that sometimes occurs in severe usage situations such as in off‐road and marine applications.
“Research showed that many Odyssey customers did not have aftermarket support for mounting their batteries,” says Art Nuttall, President of Artec Industries. “These new mounts give those customers a lightweight, yet very strong mount for their batteries instead of some of the makeshift options that they were relying on.”

All mounts are available in 10 gauge cold roll steel with out a finish or finished in powder coat, or zinc plating, as well as in stainless steel and aluminum for select models. Artec’s battery mounting solutions are used for a variety of applications including 4×4, hot rod, racing, car audio, marine and even daily drivers.
