Trailer Tire and Wheel Review
Information:I recently purchased a 2003 enclosed trailer that had a mix of tires and white wheels. I knew that I wanted to swap out the tires so that I would feel better about not having to stop to change a flat on the many trips I make. The old set had two different wheels on one side and two different tires on the other. After doing some searches on the web, I came acrossRick’s Tire & Wheel. They have a well laid out website where you can search by wheel, tire or by mounted packages. I searched for tires first and was impressed by the prices. Then I decided to check out themounted packages. Prices weren’t bad either. I really liked the idea of an aluminum wheel since they won’t rust, and they look much nicer as well. Rick’s Tire & Wheel has a lot of styles of trailer wheels to choose from, and the tires are already mounted when shipped if you order a mounted package. The wheels are15″ Aluminum 7 Spoke Trailer Wheel and the tires areST205/75R15 6 Ply Super Trail Trailer Tire 205/75R15. They have a 6 Ply Rating which is Load Range C. I also ordered stainless center caps and chrome lug nuts with the package. It was all shipped together (they stock everything on the website so you don’t have to wait), and I had everything on my doorstep in less than a week from time or order.
