GPS Offroad Products Attends Rally on the Rocks

Las Vegas NV (5/31/2013) – GPS Offroad products recently participated in the 4th annual Rally on the Rocks in Moab Utah. Rally on the Rocks is quickly becoming one of the premier offroading events in North America and GPS Offroad Products was on hand for all of the fun and excitement.

One of the great things about this Rally is that event organizers encourage participation by all the vendors. That means we weren’t just stuck sitting in a booth all day but actually have the opportunity to get out on the trail and enjoy the scenery. And what amazing scenery it is! We put our Can-Am Maverick, outfitted with our popular Sun F A-033 UTV tire to the test on some crazy terrain.

Moab is one of the most scenic Offroad destinations in North America. Between the deep canyons of Kane Creek with its 20 plus water crossings, the massive stone structures of Seven Mile Rim and the roller coaster like descents of Hells Revenge, nearly every trail offers a unique landscape and some spectacular views.

Throughout the week we had several opportunities to get out and run a few of the trails, including the popular Hells Revenge as well as Fins and things. We lucked out one day and got in with a fast group and were able to run both of them in near record time. Or at least it felt that way.

We also had a chance to stop at Hell’s Gate and the Devils Highway hot tubs to watch a few brave souls try their luck on these more challenging obstacles.

After a long day on the trails, attendees could hang out at the event headquarters and browse products from GPS Offroad Products and dozens of other vendors as well as take a test ride in one of the new machines from the five OEM’s on hand.
