EVP Dynomite 2.0 family of turbo systems is the next Evolution of turbo upgrades for Can-Am Maverick X3 and Polaris XP Turbo customers! The Dynomite 2.0 turbochargers are all new from the ground up with improvements over the OG Dynomite. At the heart of the new “charger” is a ceramic ball bearing CHRA (Center Housing & Rotating Assembly) which is a substantial upgrade from the OEM and Dynomite 1.0 journal bearing turbos. A ball bearing turbo will always spool faster than a similar journal bearing turbo due to lower inertia and less drag.
Additionally, a ball bearing turbo provides a more robust platform at high boost pressures vs a journal bearing turbo. We also enlarged the compressor section to achieve additional flow with greater overhead (more power potential)! Tuning on all the DM 2.0 turbo systems has been revised to match the new geometry along with brand new higher horsepower systems.
For the XP Turbo DM, we added water cooling for even greater reliability. The hallmark of the OG Dynomite kits has always been stock like spool with great power. The new Dynomite 2.0 provides lightning spool with ridiculous power. A great setup for a fast dune or desert car with plenty of overhead for drag racing.
