DragonFire Heats Things Up At Off-Road Expo

“Choose Your Ride” challenge

Chandler, AZ September 29, 2014 — Summer may be winding down, but things are really starting to heat up for the Off-Road Expo in Pomona, CA on October 4-5. Stop by the DragonFire display to take the “Choose Your Ride” challenge, get some free swag, check out the Project X Ranger Crew featured on Destination Polaris and maybe even win a seat in a Pro Class UTV.

In order for everyone to Feel The Heat, DragonFire is introducing the Choose Your Ride Challenge — in essence a taste test of the DragonFire RacePace equipped UTVs. “The Polaris RZR XP 1000 and Can-Am Maverick are the two hottest Side-X-Sides around, so we want to give fans a chance to participate in demo rides around the MAV TV Proving Grounds,” explains Social Media Manager Chris Moore. “Try the Challenge, we think you’ll like it.”

But wait, there’s M.O.R.E.— DragonFire is hosting the Choose Your Ride Challenge and presenting their 2015 catalog hot off the presses. DragonFire-sponsored racer Lacrecia Beurrier is also offering a real hot seat — one lucky lady gets a shot at riding shotgun with the 2X Mint 400 Sportsman UTV winner at the 9th M.O.R.E. Powder Puff Race Towards A Cure.

“This DragonFire ‘Hot Seat’ really is a unique opportunity,” says Lacrecia. “What better way to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month than to strap in for the Race Towards A Cure?” DragonFire is kicking in something else to further help with the “Think Pink” message to raise awareness for the Cedars-Sinai Breast Cancer Research Center. The raffle winner will strap in at the M.O.R.E. Powder Puff Race Towards A Cure and get to keep a hot pink DragonFire harness signed by Lacrecia as a souvenir of the ride of a lifetime.

In addition to riding with Lacrecia, M.O.R.E.’s raffle includes plenty more great prizes, including tickets to Los Angeles Lakers games, VIP passes to a NASCAR race, gift certificates and products from a host of other Powder Puff supporters. To get your shot at the hot seat, see Lacrecia at the DragonFire display. Program details include:

Ladies win a chance to ride shotgun with Lacrecia at the M.O.R.E. Powder Puff race on October 25th — and receive an autographed harness!

DragonFire “Hot Seat” winner will be drawn on October 5th (need not be present).

All tickets will be entered in the M.O.R.E. Powder Puff Race Towards A Cure raffle for a chance to win additional prizes. The raffle will take place on October 25th in Barstow. Winners need not be present.

DragonFire will be in Booth #103 at Off-Road Expo Fairgrounds in Pomona, California for the show. More info about the Off-Road Expo can be found at:

This two-time Mint 400 winner races for a reason — she is out to honor the survival, determination and compassion of those fighting breast cancer. The pink ribbon for breast cancer awareness is not something Lacrecia just slapped on the car last October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. “Racing to support the cure is where it all started for me,” she says. “My first race in my old Rhino was a charity event to raise money for the program.” Lacrecia quickly went from charity events and Powder Puff racing to the real deal, competing in what is billed as America’s toughest off-road race, the Mint 400! Not only did she finish the race, she won the Sportsman UTV class first time out and then came back to successfully defend her title… proudly running the ribbon and pink trim for both her Mint 400 wins. She is a true champion, on and off track — when she is not ripping it up on the race course, Lacrecia’s “real” job is a registered nurse in Lake Havasu, Arizona. DragonFire, Can-Am and RideNow are honored to have teamed up with Lacrecia’s Rockstar Custom Motorsports effort this season. See for details.
