Evolution Powersports has developed another industry first software technology for the 2020 Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RR with an integrated Dash Cluster Reflash (DCR). The EVP DCR enables the customer the option to display boost pressure on their OEM dash cluster without any wiring, running hoses, etc. The DCR takes the boost pressure reading directly from the ECU and displays it on the dash, which is not available without our upgrade. When a customer purchases our Boost Pressure enabled DCR, we also incorporate the ability to add our optional AFR and Belt Temp Modules. These modules can be added individually or all together.
In addition to boost pressure, EVP has a plug and play Air Fuel module which plugs into the diagnostic port and displays AFR values on the dash. It requires an extra 02 bung (supplied) to be welded into the exhaust system. There is no wiring other than plugging the module into the OEM diagnostic port and running the supplied 10’ cable to the included Bosch LSU 4.9 02 sensor.
For customers who choose to have both AFR and Belt Temp modules displayed on dash, our port replicator allows both modules to be connected along with a 3rd open port for the OEM BUDS or Maptuner X to be connected. This allows both AFR and Belt Temperature to be broadcasted to the dash for a complete 3-in-1 gauge solution.
NOTE: The OEM Bosch ECU will only read up to 22.5 psi of boost unless you are running one of our Dynomite or Desert Storm turbo kits – these kits will display up to 45 psi. Please let us know if your are running one of these kits and we will program the dash appropriately for the higher boost version.
