The 2014 WORCS season officially kicks on at Honolulu Hills MX in Taft, CA on January 17. WORCS Racing showed substantial growth during 2013 and was the top side-by-side race venue and series. 2014 looks like it will build upon this success with Tim (TPQ) Shelman on board again as the Director of Operations.
Last year the Pro Production class was dominated by the Polaris RZR XP 900 and this year many teams are flocking to the RZR XP 1000. Beau Baron, RJ Anderson, Mitch Guthrie, Jr. and Ryan Piplic have all signed on as Factory Polaris Racers on the XP 1000 platform.
It will be interesting to see if Can-Am and Arctic Cat field teams in the super-competitive Pro Production class.
There are only Five National Championship Race classes of SXS in WORCS

There are two non-championships, non-point paying class for fun and first time racers.
