Pure Polaris Introduces PRO-FIT Cab Systems Featuring Total Integration with New RANGER XP 900

Pure Polaris introduces a revolutionary line of cab accessories, designed to be superior in every way to cab systems of the past. The new, high-quality Lock & Ride™ PRO-FIT cab components top a long list of innovative accessories available for the Polaris RANGER and RZR families of side-by-sides, and the all-new Scrambler XP 850 H.O. ATV.

The new Lock & Ride PRO-FIT cab accessories from Pure Polaris are designed for total integration with the all-new 2013 RANGER XP 900. That’s an industry first. The vehicle and its accessories were literally made for each other. From the inception of the RANGER XP 900, the goal was to use total integration to create an industry-leading cab of the highest quality. The vehicle is designed around the cab, instead of the cab being designed around the vehicle.

The cab frame on the new 2013 RANGER XP 900 features profile tubing, providing a 360-degree sealing surface for every cab component. Windshields, roofs, doors and rear panels follow the shape of the vehicle, locking directly into the cab frame’s precision contours. That eliminates gaps for a secure fit, a better-sealing cab, game-changing fast installation and a perfect match to the advanced styling of the new RANGER XP 900.

There are multiple combinations of cab components using different customer-driven features, allowing owners of the new RANGER XP 900 to build a cab for their particular application, desired level of comfort and protection, and budget.

The Lock & Ride PRO-FIT cab systems offer a variety of ventilation features, including tip-out windshields and sliding windows on doors and rear panels. In addition, Lock & Ride PRO-FIT cabs feature industry firsts, including power windows, automotive-style interior liners for noise-dampening and Lock & Ride technology.

Lock & Ride PRO-FIT Cabs Take Durability To A New Level

 The new Lock & Ride PRO-FIT cab accessories are 100% professional-grade, setting a new standard in durability and reliability. They are made by Polaris, for Polaris. Their designs are created and validated using the same processes used to build the Polaris RANGER, the Hardest Working, Smoothest Riding side-by-sides in the industry.

All Lock & Ride PRO-FIT cab components feature durable, automotive-quality materials and construction. Canvas cabs are made with rugged Jeep®-style material. Windshields are available in impact-resistant polycarbonate or automotive-style, curved laminate glass, both with 360 degree gaskets for excellent sealing. Doors feature steel frames with quality sealing surfaces. Injection-molded door skins use a structural web process that produces higher strength, greater rigidity and outstanding fit. Integrated mounting points and hinges are built-in, not added later, for a tight fit that eliminates rattles and provides consistent sealing and operation.

Many Lock & Ride PRO-FIT cab components feature Polaris-exclusive Lock & Ride technology. The new Lock & Ride PRO-FIT windshields, poly roofs and rear panels snap directly onto the vehicle cab frame, with a seamless fit and without tools. They lock in place quickly and easily using pre-installed Lock & Ride PRO-FIT quarter-turn handles. Non-Lock & Ride cab components are also easy to attach, with mounting points integrated into the cab frame.

Minimize the noise and you maximize the enjoyment on the trail, hunt or job site. The exclusive design of the new Lock & Ride PRO-FIT cab doors and roofs includes available sound-absorbing liners and sound-dampening foam. Combine that with the engine-behind-the-seat design of the new RANGER XP 900, and sound levels inside the cab are up to 60% quieter at idle, and 40% quieter at 20 mph.

The new Glacier PRO Plow System is a versatile, premium-quality plow designed for the 2013 RANGER XP 900. It features Lock & Ride technology, for easy plow blade installation and removal that takes just seconds.

The plow system is modular in design. Consumers can choose winch or hydraulic blade lift, and manual or hydraulic blade angle. Hydraulics and winch are controlled remotely from the operator’s seat. The Glacier PRO Plow System features a durable, cast plow frame, heavy-duty 18 inch steel plow blade to move a lot of snow, and up to 18-inch blade lift height.

New Polaris PRO HD Winches deliver durable, versatile pulling power, with countless uses at work and during recreational riding. They are available with a 4500 lb. rated pull, for all RANGER and RZR models.

These durable and reliable winches have many premium features, including 50 feet of strong and easy-handling synthetic rope, and an aluminum fairlead with built-in auto-stop technology. It turns the winch off automatically when the pull or lift is completed and the hook reaches the fairlead. Polaris PRO HD Winches also feature hand held remote controls so the winch can be operated standing away from the vehicle or in the comfort and safety of the RANGER or RZR cab.

Polaris PRO HD winches also feature cut metal drive gears and a steel spool for unmatched durability and reliability, a low-voltage contactor for minimal draw on the battery, and 40% quieter spool operation.

Owners of the RZR, the world’s most popular sport side-by-side, also have new accessories to choose from. Pure Polaris now offers more door options and graphics for RZR customers, including new doors for RZR 4 models, and an expanded selection of RZR Door Wraps. New wrap options include graphics that coordinate with RZR XP and RZR LE models.

The RZR XP 4 Doors feature rugged and durable skins, backed by steel frames and equipped with premium mounting and latching hardware. They enhance rider ergonomics, opening fully for easy entry/exit, and their black powder coat finish boosts the vehicle’s high-performance styling. The durable, premium-quality 3M Door Wraps are pre-cut and adhesive-backed for easy installation.

A new, feature-rich Lowrance GPS can be used in all RANGER and RZR models. This durable unit features detailed, Polaris-exclusive off-road maps as well as a wealth of precise location and travel data. The Lowrance GPS unit is secured on a mounting system integrated on the vehicle dash, has a high-resolution screen and has oversized controls so a rider can operate it with gloves on.

A new Chatterbox™ Communication System lets riders speak to each other, talk on their smart phones and listen to music. These helmet-mounted units provide rider-to-rider communication while off-roading, and can be synced with smart phones so riders can answer phone calls or enjoy their favorite tunes.

A new, custom 27 inch Dual Stack LED Light Bar adds powerful auxiliary lighting to any RANGER or RZR. It mounts easily on a cab frame or brush guard and features 48 high-output LED lights to provide a total over 21,000 lumens of light for working, hunting or riding.

A new racing-inspired RZR Performance Seat features full suspension, side bolsters for maximum comfort, waterproof construction, and cut-outs for a 4 or 5 point harness. Pure Polaris introduces a full collection of new accessories for the redesigned, 2013 Scrambler XP 850 H.O.
