Introducing the RZ3 kit:

Spectrum Sandsports / RZRtech.com did it again. After much anticipation, and a little more testing time than we had planned on, we are ready to release our brand new +3” mid travel suspension kit for the Polaris Ranger RZR 800. Now you CAN afford a REAL suspension kit for your RZR!

Our location in the Midwest U.S. gives us a very diverse terrain. There are a lot of woods around here and having our RZ6 +6” kit on our shop ride we found it was great for all out dune riding, MX tracks and wide trails, but we started getting a lot of interest in our products from GNCC racers and recreational woods riders alike. They can’t run a +6” kit in a lot of the situations they get into. It was clear there was a strong demand for a narrow suspension that would add substantial stability, more travel and serious strength gains over the factory suspension.

Well, we did it… We are proud to offer THE most complete mid travel suspension kit available. This is the narrowest suspension kit on the market today. At only 56” wide front and rear, with stock offset wheels, you can EASILY wind through the woods the same as you always have. Stability is greatly improved by the added width combined with the retention of the rear sway bar. Another factor involved in achieving maximum stability is the ride height has only been raised ½” in the rear. The front is raised 1 ½” though. This allows for added ground clearance when needed but maintains the lowest center of gravity for the end of the machine carrying the most weight. Another added benefit of this design is an amazing improvement in ride through the whoops and into faces of hills. This also greatly reduces the “bucking” effect UTV’s have become known for. For the super technical folks whom may be reading this; This kit includes a front upper shock mount relocation kit (completely bolt-on) By slightly relocating the front upper shock mounts we were able to achieve equal stroke action from front to rear of the machine. Not only does this dynamically improve the vehicles stability and ride in the rough stuff but it also fixes the issue of the weak factory mounts the RZR is plagued with. As for the rear upper shock mounts? We also included a very slick and light weight reinforcement cap that is attached with only two bolts per side. Problems solved.

Make sure you read this!

This kit offers 12” of travel front and rear efficiently using the STOCK SHOCKS! This was previously impossible. RZRtech.com has designed billet aluminum coil retainers and sourced custom spec. springs to replace the factory front springs. This really works well. We found as long as there isn’t major additional weight on the rear of the vehicle the stock rear springs are acceptable. (We will be releasing a rear spring replacement shortly for those who still need it.)

With plenty of Baja experience and many other forms of off-road racing, RZRtech.com has it covered when it comes to designing a strong A-arm. No compromises were made with this kit either. The RZ3 kit is built for the woods racers and will prove itself to be superior over all others in short time.

This kit comes in two versions and offers some options. This auction is for the standard “recreational” version. We also offer a “Full Race” version which comes with all the options. The options are:

“Race Build” - +$160
This option switches the standard ¾” Heim Joints used in the front A-arms for massive 7/8” ones.

Full Tie-rod Replacements - +$220
Standard kit comes with aluminum tie-rod extensions. This works fine for most drivers but for the hard-core and the racers we recommend using a full replacement. This set-up is standard on our RZ6 +6” kit and has been proven in almost two years now with ZERO steering failures.

Delrin Bushing Upgrade - +$175
Replace the cheap factory pivot bushings with our black Delrin bushings. This is the same material our parent company uses on their Class 1 Baja cars.

Full Race Kit complete w/o shocks - $3,240
* This kit comes standard w/ 300M rear axles too. *
