RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA – Speed Industries has just released its new Baja Cage Extension for the Kawasaki Teryx and Polaris RZR UTV applications. This cage extension will not only transform the appearance of your UTV, it was also help protect it from the hazards of the trail and unlike many cage extensions on the market it comes with an integrated rear bumper that bolts directly to the chassis.
“We designed our new Baja Cage Extension to follow the lines of the Teryx and RZR OEM cages while providing an increased level of performance and durability for the hardcore enthusiast , said Tim Sousamian of Speed Industries . “When we decided to build an upgraded cage extension we took a lot of time; making sure the installation process will be a positive experience for our dealers and consumers; this cage bolts directly to the OEM cage”. An additional feature for the Teryx is the option to add on an articulating spare tire holder developed to maximize bed space and flexibility, it can be rotated 360 degrees and set in eight different positions, we also offer an optional fixed spare tire holder for the RZR.
These Speed Industries Baja Cage Extensions are constructed of 1-3/4 tubular steel that is then powder coated to match the stock colors and texture of the OEM cage; Teryx is available in a textured black finish and the RZR comes in a black finish. This is a multi-piece kit that has been designed to be ‘Freight Friendly”; minimizing weight while maximizing ease of handling.
