Upgraded Suspension is now available for Polaris RZR 170

LoneStar Racing has completed the development of their Polaris RZR 170 long travel kit. The kit features front a-arms that are 3 inches wider per side and made of tig welded 4130 tubing for added strength.



Rear wheel spacers or a new wider rear axle is available depending on budget and intended uses.

The LSR long travel kit features 9.5” of travel using 15.25” long shock, with 4.75” of stroke. (2:1 leverage ratio) 7.5” of Ground Clearance at Ride Height with a 21” front tire and 1” of ground clearance at full compression. The rear end has 7” of ground clearance at ride height with 20” tires.

Fox Float shocks make a great choice for the little RZR 170. They are light weight, and very easy to adjust ride height and firmness with included air pump. Perfect for the kids so the suspension can mature as the kids grow and tackle aggressive terrain.

LoneStar Racing also has a new roll cage available as well.

New RZR 170 Parts from iTi Performance Motorsports

iTi Performance Motorsports rolls out their new products for the popular Polaris RZR 170 youth UTV.

The new roll cage sells for $995.00 with rear bumper and mirror tabs. It come’s bare metal. The cage is 1.250 mild steel and .095 wall. The aluminum roof for this cage is an additional $150.00. The roof is also removable with Dzus Buttons.

The Doors are fully functional and have removable aluminum skin and black powder coated frames. The door handle assembly is black anodized and they will bolt onto any RZR 170. The doors list for $546.00.

We have received a few reports that the long awaited RZR 170s are now landing at Polaris dealers.

The Polaris RZR 170 is designed for youth riders 12 and up. The youth RANGER RZR 170 has a four-stroke, air-cooled, 169cc engine with electric start and an automatic transmission. Styled similar to its adult counterpart, the side-by-side has a sporty, aggressive look and holds a driver and passenger for double the fun.

The RZR 170 has a Fully Automatic CVT Transmission With Reverse and is California Green-Sticker-Legal.
