Worcester, MA. March 27, 2009 - Curtis Industries, LLC has introduced a new, revolutionary, modular cab system for the 2009 Polaris Ranger utility vehicle available early June. This system allows rapid transformation from a fully enclosed cab to an open-air ride in only 60 seconds. The Curtis Rapid-Convertible System (RCS) allows the user to choose one or all components for maximum flexibility as the weather changes. A simple ROPS base frame with cab receiver mounts provides safety and easy installation of the modular components. Initial installation time is approximately 2 hours, half the time as other cab systems! The roof, windshield and rear panel feature a unique, quick-release pin to slot connection and a heavy duty quick release latch. The strong but lightweight hard-coated polycarbonate Quantum coated windshield quickly vents for varying temperatures and is designed and tested for full speed travel with the windshield open or closed. An optional wiper kit is also available. Cab panels are designed using advanced technology and materials. The Rapid-Convertible System uses thermoformed TPO material (not ABS plastic or fiberglass) for all body panels. TPO offers superior low-temp impact resistance, higher heat-deflection and greater dimensional stability than ABS or fiberglass. This cab features door and rear panel sliders that are made of Impact Modified Acrylic to allow airflow and access from the cab.Available in black, cab components – base frame, roof, windshield, doors, and rear panel – can be purchased separately or as a complete cab. Curtis Industries Introduces New Sno-Pro Plow Systems for UTVs and SxSs

Built for every day use, season after season
Worcester, Massachusetts, December 11, 2008 –– Curtis Industries has introduced a rugged line of 72 inch Sno-Pro plow systems designed for daily use on UTVs and Side-by-Sides. The Straight Plow is built of heavy gauge steel, weighs only 180 pounds with mount, and has a height of 19 inches. The Polymer Tapered (Highway Style) Plow is made of a high-density, impact-resistant polymer with extensive bracing to provide superior strength and durability. With a top of taper height of 28 inches and bottom of taper height of 18 inches, the Polymer Tapered Plow and mount weigh only 190 pounds and are balanced for stability while in the up position.

Curtis engineers have developed an innovative Quick Attach system for both plows that allow for fast and easy attachment and detachment. These plow systems are easy to install and plow mounts do not interfere with the UTV’s ground clearance. In fact, the plows can be raised over 12 inches. A winch lift (not included) is used to raise and lower the plows. The winch-mounted adjustable limit switch controls over-driving the winch while plowing. This feature stops the winch motor from stalling for longer winch life. Both blades have a replaceable steel cutting edge and come with Blade Markers and all necessary mounting hardware.
