Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency owns these Kubota RTV900s. One is outfitted with a rescue skid and the other with fire and rescue skid combo.

The Kubota's are used during the Aaron's 499 is a NASCAR Sprint Cup stock car race held at Talladega Superspeedway in Talladega, Alabama.
