DragonFire Heavy Duty Axles

Chandler, Arizona, April 18, 2016 — It is a fact of life that parts can… and will… break when you push a UTV past its limits. It’s just the nature of the beast when it comes to off-roading. The team at DragonFire has developed a range of replacement axles for those times when you find you have gone over the limit. Designed for superior strength they drop right into place with no modification needed.
“How do you know what the limits are until you exceed them,” asks DragonFire Sales & Marketing Manager Megan Dible. “We all like to test our mettle, but it stops being fun when the metal starts failing! Wether it is leading a race or being miles from base camp, nothing is quite as frustrating as a broken axle.”
With this in mind DragonFire offers a full line of Heavy Duty axle shafts that exceed OEM spec. Constructed of high strength Chromoly steel, DragonFire’s H.D. axles feature a 15-20% larger shaft and heat treated CV components for added durability.
“We have all heard the old saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” she adds. “But we believe one of the best modifications you can make to your UTV is to upgrade to H.D. Axles.” In fact, DragonFire is confident enough in the strength and durability of its H.D. Axle Shafts, that the firm offers a full 1 year warranty.
Features:
  • Constructed of High Strength Chromoly Steel
  • 15-20% Larger Shaft Depending on Application
  • Precision Machined and Induction Heat Treated CV Components
  • Increased Axle Angle Over Stock for Protection Against Binding
  • Direct OEM replacement that comes complete & ready to install
The fine print: DragonFire Racing (DFR) warrants its Heavy Duty (H.D.) axles to the ORIGINAL purchaser due to workmanship or materials defect for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. CV Boots and clamps are EXCLUDED from this warranty. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide DFR with proof of purchase and proof of breakage. DFR warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration.
